Pricing FAQ
What counts as a “denial resolution”?
One resolution = one denied claim worked through to a terminal status by our team (resubmitted, appealed, written off, or patient-billed). Routine first-pass claims aren’t counted — only the ones that come back denied and need rework. Most practices fall well within their tier’s monthly cap; if you regularly go over, the overage rate is $12/resolution on Starter and $8/resolution on Growth.
Why a flat monthly fee instead of a percentage of collections?
Predictability. With a percentage-of-collections model, your bill jumps every time you have a strong month — you’re punished for growing. With a flat fee tied to denial-resolution capacity, you know exactly what billing costs every month. Most practices end up paying less overall once they account for the volatility.
What’s included in the $599/mo Starter plan?
Starter covers up to 5 providers and up to 150 denial resolutions per month. We handle eligibility verification, claim submission, follow-up, denial appeals, payer phone calls, payment posting, A/R follow-up, and monthly performance reports. There’s a $400 one-time setup fee, and you can cancel month-to-month. HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA is included.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
A one-time $400 setup fee on Starter and Growth covers onboarding (Enterprise setup is quoted custom). Beyond that, the only variable charge is overage on denial resolutions ($12/resolution on Starter, $8/resolution on Growth). Add-ons like credentialing and A/R cleanup are priced separately and completely optional.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Starter is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. Growth has a 6-month minimum from your start date, then becomes month-to-month. Enterprise is on an annual agreement. There’s no early-termination penalty beyond completing your current term.
Which plan is right for my practice?
- • Starter ($599/mo) — Solo providers and small practices working under 150 denials/month with up to 5 providers. Month-to-month, no long-term commitment.
- • Growth ($2,999/mo) — Practices working 500–1,000 denials/month with up to 20 providers. Adds a dedicated account manager, priority processing, patient billing, and a live dashboard.
- • Enterprise (Custom) — Multi-location groups, larger panels, or anyone needing custom volume, dedicated success teams, full RCM consulting, or custom EHR integrations.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Many practices start on Starter and move to Growth once they see results — or jump straight into Growth if they know their volume from day one.
