Pricing FAQ
How does the percentage-based pricing work?
On the Monthly plan, we charge between 4%–10% of what we actually collect for your practice, depending on your specialty, claim volume, and payer mix. You only pay when you get paid. There are no upfront fees, setup charges, or minimum monthly payments. Your exact rate is determined during your free consultation.
What is included in the Contract plan?
The Contract plan includes everything in the Monthly plan plus a dedicated account manager, priority claim processing, credentialing assistance, patient billing, quarterly revenue cycle reviews, and detailed billing performance reports. Your per-claim rate ($4–$14) is based on claim complexity, volume, and contract length — making budgeting predictable regardless of claim value.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges, and no hidden costs. Your pricing is exactly what we quote. The only thing you pay is the plan rate — either the percentage of collections or the per-claim fee.
Is there a minimum contract length?
The Monthly plan has a 3-month minimum, then goes month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Contract plan requires an annual agreement in exchange for the discounted per-claim rate. Enterprise plans are customized to your needs.
Which plan is right for my practice?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Many practices start on the Monthly plan and move to Contract once they see results. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
