Which plan should I pick?
Per-App ($49/mo) is for solo billers or small practices that need just one tool — pick whichever app solves your biggest bottleneck and use it as much as you want. Need 4+ apps, multiple providers, SSO, SOC 2, custom integrations, or higher SLA? Talk to us about Enterprise — we scope every Enterprise plan to the customer, so it’s usually a better deal than stacking apps individually.
Are the apps truly HIPAA compliant? Do you sign a BAA?
Yes on both. Every plan includes a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) at onboarding. PHI is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access is role-based with full audit logging, and the platform runs in HIPAA-eligible US cloud infrastructure. Enterprise customers can request our SOC 2 Type II report.
What does “unlimited” mean on the Per-App plan?
Use that single app as much as your workflow requires. No monthly caps, no overage fees on the app you subscribed to. Fair-use terms apply (no bot-style abuse). If your usage is genuinely extreme — say, tens of thousands of operations per month — we’ll reach out to discuss moving you to Enterprise so we can size the infrastructure appropriately.
Can I add a second app later or switch to Enterprise?
Yes. Adding apps is $49/mo each — just say which one in the dashboard. Once you’re using 4 or more apps, or you need higher SLA, more providers, or custom integrations, switching to a custom Enterprise plan usually saves money compared to stacking single-app subscriptions. We’ll prorate any switch.
When will the “coming soon” apps launch?
We’re shipping in this order: Pre-Scrub Validator → Eligibility Verifier → Prior Auth Tracker → Denial Insights. Existing Per-App and Enterprise customers get early access (beta) as each one ships. Join the waitlist from any app’s page to be notified when it’s live.
How does this differ from your done-for-you billing service?
Software is for your team — your billers work claims using our platform. Our billing service is the opposite: our team does the work, and you get results and reports. Many customers start with the service, then move to the software as they bring billing in-house. Some use both.
